Hey! I’m Andi!
I can tell you all the successes I have or even who I am, but once I say that I live with Bipolar 1 Disorder, no matter how impressive my resume is, it is minimized by my disorder. I have created Chasing Mania as a place for people who have Bipolar Disorder to be themselves, find themselves, and live with themselves outside of the disorder. Yes, the disorder effects every single part of our lives, but we are so much more, and I am dedicating my life’s work to destigmatizing Bipolar so that we can move forward, find community support, and love every part of ourselves.
I am not a mental health or medical professional in any way, but I have personal knowledge of how Bipolar Disorder can manifest in myself and others that I have interacted with. This platform is meant to be supportive and loving, and will tackle difficult topics in a manner that lets you laugh at yourself and see that you aren’t the only one.
It is never my intention to offend anyone, so all information will come from a place of love.

Social Media Content Creation
I speak out about how Bipolar effects me and others. I use humor, real life experiences, and engaging content to bring social issues to mainstream media.
Mental Health Advocate
I help promote the human rights of persons with Bipolar Disorder and other mental health illnesses to reduce stigma and discrimination.
Coaching and Consultation
I work with people to create customized plans to achieve short term goals within their disorders.

As a coach, I identify strengths, obstacles, and develop a plan to achieve your short term goal. I motivate and stand beside you as an unbiased influence. I specialize in overcoming short-term obstacles relative to the mental health challenges of bipolar disorder and other similar illnesses.
Life Coaching - Mentoring
While I may not be the traditional motivational speaker, I do have an inspiring message for everyone out there struggling to identify outside of their disorder. I can share my story of triumph over adversity in various intimate settings to add value to your program, message or event.
